This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for fulcrumanalytics.com, which is also accessible as fulcrm.com. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.

Registration and Site Analytics

For each visitor to our corporate website, our web servers automatically recognize the visitor’s IP address and geographical location, along with information about the visitor’s web browser. We may send JavaScript code to be stored in the visitor’s browser, which he/she is free to accept, decline or block. The JavaScript helps Fulcrum analyze visits to its site and thereby improve the site’s functionality and usability. Usage of this analytics data is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site. Fulcrum employs no other identification tools on its website at this time. For visitors to third party sites (via fulcrum.com or fulcrumanalytics.com domains), Fulcrum employs no site analytics.

The only other information we obtain from visitors to our website is that provided by the visitor directly, or in his/her use of the site. Visitors may be asked to provide information about themselves and their company in certain parts of our site. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, and we retain information volunteered by the visitor, such as inquiries, survey information and/or site registrations.
